On Day 2

Now, you must limit the amount of food you eat and help your body shed the pounds. You need to choose healthier options and introduce more fruits and vegetables into your diet. Eating some meat is okay but you want to choose lean meats such as chicken, fish or pork. Also reduce your meat portions to three or four ounces.

Starting Day 3

Now you are well versed in your new dieting practices you will start to add 2 apple slices and 1 cup of cooked black beans to your new meals. If you prefer another protein you may choose the white chicken breast or a fish filet. This boosts your fiber intake which is proven to aid in weight loss.

On the Fourth Day

On this day you will start your large breakfast regimen. Mostly made up of cereals and whole grains. Once again, fiber is now the most important additive in your diet simply because it works magic on your digestive track. For dinner you must remember to eat before seven pm because you need plenty of time to properly digest your food.

Day 5

It is important to realize just how much calorie you consume during the previous three days especially now that you have established a healthy diet. Once you are aware of this, try to scatter your meals all throughout the day. Eating five to six small meals is a great way to help you lose weight.

The Sixth Day

Starting day 6 you now must accordingly limit your sugar and fatty foods intake. If this is difficult for you, you can eat smaller portions to make up the differences. For example: instead of an ice cream sundae or frozen yogurt for dessert, you can enjoy 1/2 cup of low fat yogurt with nuts or fruit. This is a great option for your health and supplies needed bacteria to aid healthy digestion.

On the seventh day

More fruit please... You must now start to consume more fresh fruits. Stay away from packaged and processed fruit products. Your best bet is freshly squeezed as there are certainly ZERO additives.
